The Box Doctor Ltd Trading as the Box Doctor (“we”, “us”, “our”) operate an online truck repair shop for Users (“Clients” You” Customers”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of The Box Doctor Services.

The Box Doctor Ltd operates a dedicated truck repair facility where customers attend our premises with commercial vehicles requiring repair, maintenance, or remedial work. We provide a comprehensive range of truck repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to:
•   Truck bodywork and structural repairs
•   Mechanical and engine repairs
•   Full and partial engine rebuilds
•   Vehicle diagnostics and fault investigation
•   General servicing, maintenance, and corrective works
All vehicles are inspected upon arrival, and the precise nature, scope, and cost of the required services are determined following professional assessment and discussion with the customer.

Purpose of the Website

This Website is provided solely for informational purposes. The Website does not:
•   Offer online bookings
•   Accept payments
•   Provide paid services
•   Require user registration or accounts
No contract for repair services is formed through the Website. All services are agreed directly with customers in person or via direct communication with The Box Doctor Ltd.

Estimates and Invoicing

Any estimates provided are indicative only and not a fixed quotation unless expressly stated in writing. Final charges are based on:
•   Labour undertaken
•   Parts supplied
•   Time required
•   Complexity of the work
Upon completion of the agreed work, an invoice is issued for the services performed.

Payments

Payment is required in full following completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed. Payments are accepted:
• On site via card payment using a card machine; or
• Online payment following issuance of an invoice.
Ownership of any parts supplied remains with The Box Doctor Ltd until payment has been received in full.

Repairs, Rectification and Refunds

Due to the nature of vehicle repair services, refunds are not generally provided once work has commenced or been completed. If a customer is dissatisfied with any aspect of the workmanship, our standard practice is to inspect and, where appropriate, rectify the work rather than issue a refund.
Refunds will only be considered where:
• No repair work has been carried out; and
• No labour, parts, or diagnostic time has been incurred.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, where applicable.

Customer Responsibilities

All customers agree to abide to the following responsibilities describe below.
a.   Customers must provide accurate and complete information about the vehicle at the time it is presented for inspection or repair, including known faults, prior repairs or modifications, warning indicators, usage conditions, and any relevant incidents.
b.   The Box Doctor Ltd relies on the information provided when diagnosing and carrying out repairs and is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information.
c.   Vehicles must be delivered in a condition that allows safe inspection and repair. We reserve the right to refuse or suspend work where a vehicle presents a health and safety risk.
d.   Customers are responsible for authorising recommended repairs and any additional work identified, except where immediate action is required to prevent further damage or ensure safety.
e.   All invoices must be paid in accordance with agreed terms. Failure to pay may result in the vehicle being retained until payment is received, subject to applicable law.
f.   Customers must collect vehicles promptly once notified that work is complete. Storage charges may apply for uncollected vehicles, and we accept no responsibility for loss or damage after notification, except where required by law.
Nothing in this section limits the customer’s statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

All content included in or made available by The Box Doctor, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, video and audio clips, digital downloads and data compilations is the property of {The Box Doctor Ltd} and is protected by the United Kingdom and international copyright and authors’ rights laws and (where applicable).
Other than to the extent necessary to use The Box Doctor Services for their permitted purposes and in accordance with these Terms, you may not copy, extract and/or re-utilize any content of The Box Doctor without our express written consent, including, without limitation, any listings, descriptions, prices and account information. In particular, you may not utilize any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (whether once or many times) for re-utilization any substantial parts of The Box Doctor Services or their content, without our express written consent. You may also not create and/or publish your own database that features substantial parts of The Box Doctor Services or their content without our express written consent.

Prohibited Use

As a User of the Service, you agree to abide by the following guidelines; you must not:
a.   Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to act unlawfully
b.   Engage in misleading, fraudulent, or unethical sales practices.
c.   Copy, misuse, or distribute any content or branding of The Box Doctor service without permission.

Breach of these terms may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Services.

Children’s Privacy

The Box Doctor is design for users aged 16 and over. By using the service, you confirm you are legally able to enter into a contract. We do not target or knowingly collect data from children under 16. Under UK GDPR, digital consent applies from age 13, and under EU GDPR, from age 16 (unless a lower national age applies). If we learn a child’s data has been collected without consent, we will delete it immediately.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are an individual consumer (and not acting in the course of business), you may have a statutory right to cancel certain contracts within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Where repair services have been fully performed, or have begun with the customer’s express consent, the right to cancel may be limited or excluded in accordance with the Regulations

When you use The Box Doctor Services or send e-mails, text messages, or other communication from your desktop or mobile device to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We will communicate with you electronically in a variety of ways, such as by e-mail, text, or communication and other social channels. You consent to receive communications from us electronically and agree that communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Box Doctor Ltd shall not be liable for:
a.   Indirect or consequential losses
b.   Loss of business, profit, or revenue
c.   Delays caused by parts suppliers, third parties, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
d.   Death or personal injury caused by negligence
e.   Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
f.   Any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
a.   Your use of the Service
b.   Your violation of these Terms
c.   Your violation of any third-party rights
17.   Termination

We may terminate or restrict your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Upon termination:
